To celebrate innovative partnerships and collaborations between educational settings that have had real impact on the achievement of children and young people.

This award is open to any formal or informal partnership between two or more educational settings. This may be an effective school to school partnership (e.g. Families of Schools), a  Federation, a cross-phase partnership (e.g. early years/primary; primary/secondary; secondary/FE and HE), or any other collaboration.

Criteria

Judging for this category will be based on evidence that the partnership, by working together, has had significant and sustainable impact on any or all of the following:

  • The attainment, progress and aspiration of young people
  • Effective sharing of innovative practice between teachers/lecturers, other staff, governors/trustees/non-executives;
  • Offering a wider provision for young people
  • The effectiveness of all settings involved e.g. improved Ofsted outcomes
